  "I would have to take some convincing to stay again due to importance i place on cleanliness of bathroom " (108120049)

  excelent service, location, facilities

  Bathroom was not a bathroom but a wet room which was not mentioned on allocation. Secondly the bathroom smelt like a men’s urinal. After complaining to staff they tried to get rid of the smell as best they could, but from what I observed the smell was due to the design of the flush which sucked out the bowl but did not wash the bowl after to clean. The result was I was unable to use the toilet without gagging, and my husband and I abstain from having a morning shower - very unpleasant

  "disappointing! Although the basic fitting-out is good quality, the maintenance, cleaning and service are not up to standard. This hotel needs to wash behind its ears and pull its socks up. " (108329526)

  bed clean and comfortable; good quality radio and kettle; helpful security officer during fire alarm practice

  bleak, impersonal setting/architecture; poor cleaning and maintenance; evidence of poor training and treatment of staff i.e. many foreign with varying English, many recently recruited and inadequately trained, with the result that service was at times amateurish

  "We shall certianly be booking to stay at the Hilton Dundee again - this has lead us to book the Hilton in Glasgow & London for our next short break away." (107654150)

  very freindly profesional staff, extremely helpfull with directions & suggestions on places to visit in and around dundee to make our stay more pleasureable. The food was lovely, plenty of choice. The Spa is very well laid out, peacefull and something to suit everyone.

  staff very polite

  the room was too hot overnight. radiator was off and window open but still very hot.Extraction fan in bathroom very dusty.Book in name was incorrect which was odd as it was booked online.Would have preferred non slip bath mat to be in the bathroom and not have to ask for one.

  A pleasant hotel with friendly service. Fitness suite very good.

  Problems with booking using Switch card - I was in process of changing my credit card therefore wished to use a debit card. My husband asked for a small portion and when he couldn't finish it asked for a doggy bag but was refused.

  Fast booking service and good standard of room

  Checking not having a record of the booking and a sudden increase in the cost of the stay. The price should include a low cost breakfast

  The hotel had no note of my reservation and the staff would not allow me to use the computer when booking in to access the booking confirmation on my email. I therefore had to pay

  Nice room and very nice staff at reception and during evening meal and breakfast.

  Overpriced breakfast but still very tastey!
