evening meal was disappointing and next time would eat out in the evening.

Coming from cumbria, this hotel is superbly located and very easy to find from the M6. Also very easy to get back onto the M6.

"Very pleased overall. Original booking was placed incorrectly, on my behalf, but hotel managed to find suitable accomodation on the correct date even if the discounted pricing could not be held." (107395229)
Early check in requested was available. Reception staff very helpful with general enquiries, printing local maps, routes etc.
Location although convenient was not visualy pleasing.
