  Rooms were clean. Convenient location with easy access to public transport.

  Not clear what the room options were. Website should give users idea of area and features of the different room types available

  "wouldnt go back to this hotel,and would not recommend it" (107832240)

  bathreoom was lovely and newly refurbished. - thats allt he good points there was about the room

  very small rooms, and pictures mis-leading, air conditioning was in a very werid place and hardly cooled the room. The bed was pushed right up against the window. Overall the room was clearly a single, and even the bed wasnt a double standard size.

  it is an up todate, modern hotel. Breakfast brilliant

  For the money i paid, i was shocked about how small the room was. I was dissapointed, about the ironing board.

  "Actually very pleased as we liked the area and found that although the bed wasn't great, it was only for one night so it was adequate for our needs." (107375104)

  The hotel was very clean - cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in

  Lack of bar, but the small bed was worse (not a full double - must have been a 3/4 width bed). It was also very soft and sagged in the middle so we rolled towards one another and didn't sleep too well.

  Very modern.

  My God it was so noisey. The tube ran underneath, so no one got any sleep until mid night. Constant slamming of doors (Nothing you can do about that). Then people talking outside until 04:00 - no one got any sleep that night.

  Excellent location, only 2 minutes to Bayswater station. I find the front office staff efficient. The lobby attendant helped me with my bag checking in. When I bumped into one of them on them on my way down, he took my luggage down . Hurray for wonderful service...And toilets and room are clean and odorless.

  Room is extremely tight, with a great plush double bed! Wardrobe is tiny. Good for 1 person , maybe 2 maximun! Well for the price, what can I say in London!

  "Just what I needed for one night in central London - good value." (107648508)

  Everything was brand new! Excellent bathroom. Comfy bed. Welcoming entrance hall and good free internet. Good location for transport and central London.

  Rumbling of underground trains (I was staying on the ground floor).

  close to underground and amenities

  room was extreamly small, bed side lamp had no were to plug in. Even though it was a double room, I was glad I was on my own. It would have been very difficult to have two people stay. The double bed was against the wall.

  "Good value, good facilities, poor restaurant facilities " (107574606)

  Clean, high standard of decor, very comfortable bed and excellent facilities in room.

  The lift was out of order / closed for maintenance which meant for awkward journeys to and from the 4th floor with luggage o arrival and departure. Unable to accommodate to an early start with breakfast not starting until 7 am. The restaurant area was a little disappointing in comparison with the high standard of the bedroom.

  "A really nice room in a nice hotel for a really good price in a great location in London." (107964619)

  Great bed. lovely bathroom.

  Lift was out of order. major construction work going on it the hotel. No remote control for the television.
