  Simple system works well. Staff helpful

  Didn't know we would need towels. Extractor fan did not work.

  Very convenient for Metro into centre of Lille Lots of bars and rstaurants close by

  Although we had booked for three nights, the hotel only had us booked for two nights in their records. Given the time of year there would have been no problem in booking another night, but this could have been a problem in high season

  "Clean, handy and cheap but only use if you are all able-bodied" (107106721)

  very clean with friendly and helpful staff, excellent value breakfast

  We were travelling with two young children and an elderly mother and a disabled brother: The triple room has a bunk over the double/single beds. Very high and difficult to reach unless you are young and fit. the bathrooms are tiny and virtually inaccessible for the disabled. Neither my elderly mother nor my dsabled brother could use the shower and they struggled with the toilet and sink. DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE IN A WHEELCHAIR.

  Helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness of the room.

  Table lamp wire exposed, - dangerous? Poor lighting. Lack of facility to make a hot drink (perhaps a kettle could be available for a small charge)

  The rooms were small, dirty and the staff were not very friendly!

  "Overall we were really happy with the accomodation for the price." (97853732)

  Nice outdoor surroundings and felt secure with the whole compound

  When we booked a unit for three we expected a bath towel each but were only surplied with two. The pillows were inadequate.

  Les cloisons trop fines, on entend tout des chambres voisines !
