  The hotel is very pleasant and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The decor of the hotel is simple but pleasing.

  clean and very good welcome and service from staff

  booked double room but given twin - not a problem for us as just one night. breakfast a bit sparse but adequate

  "In general it is a homely hotel. The location is good with easy transportation. The breakfast is good. It would be good if they could improve the TV & wi fi reception in all area of the hotel. Also providing a mini fridge in the rooms will be super. More staff should be employed to look after the hotel in view of security & cleanliness." (108877340)

  The staff in charge is working extremely hard. He is friendly & helpful.

  quiet and comfortable

  TV put on by staff during breakfast which we did not think was required and felt intrusive having to listen to the news while trying to relax over breakfast. If there must be noise could it be a radio in the background.

  The hotel was very clean and comfortable

  Excellent service from the reception manager. Lovely, new "asian" furniture in lounge.

  Maybe trouble with parking if hotel is full. Twin beds in room 6 - were not quite long enough if you are over 6' Initially there was a discrepancy with cost of room, as manager quoted £75 for stay, but I had written confirmation from email of £65 per night. He had to telephone his boss to check amount to be charged - but it was resolved that I pay amount quoted on email.
