not all advertised entertainment took place-- no explanotion offered . Balcony did not get any sun altough other parts of hotel did

Apartamentos Bajondillo, Torremolinos - Reviews & Ratings"WE enjoyed or stay in Torremolines which was spoilt somewhat by the accomodation a pity the hotel was not totally renovated to the same standards." (97065652)
we were a group of 6 female adults on an annual holiday in Torremolinas. Two of us were accomodated in the modernised side of the Bajondillo apts,which was a lovely experience, we had a modern small fridge air conditioning in good working order, beautiful bathroom, and room service every day with fresh towels. We had a two-ring electric plate which was quite adequate, although a kettle and toaster would be perfect the apartment had none.
A party of 6 adults on an annual visit to Torremolinos, two of our party had a studio apt on the modernised wing of the building. Four of our party stayed in the older studio apts, these apartments were appaling, they were dirty, we had to ask to have the rooms cleaned and ask for fresh towels, we had a gas ring which gave off fumes, the air conditiioning did not work properly, a very smallfridge, the bathroom was old and tired and the bath was dirty. Overall we would not stay there again.

Apartamentos Bajondillo, Torremolinos - Reviews & Ratings"I was here with my younger sister. We've been here last year as well and we just loved it, so we had to come back. The staff was polite, nice and always helpfull. We had a studio room, and it was great and clin. " (97221982)
We don't have any bad points to give to this hotell. You get alot for your money!

Excellent views from the balcony over the sea and inland to the mountains. Lovely little room more than adequate for a couple for a weeks break.
Air conditioning did't work very well and we had better luck keeping the balcony doors open all night.

Cooking facilities (small refrig and 2 burner stove). Ocean view with balcony. Evening music in lounge.
They didn't provide soap, which we thought strange!

The website information was totally acurate regarding the accomodation although the poolside bar was only just being put up as we left. A slight lack of sunbeds round the pool area, you have to get up very early to get your towel on one! Something we never did. We would definately recommend the apartments to our friends. we were very impressed with the size and high standard of cleanliness of the apartment and the fantastic sea view. The large balcony was a bonus excellent to relax on when the kids were in bed and have a few beers while watching the world go by!
No kettle!!

Apartamentos Bajondillo, Torremolinos - Reviews & Ratings"the position of this hotel was ideal, the staff were very friendly, there was entertainment every night if you wished. some good local restaurants around. the apartments were good apart from the kitchen area was a little small - not important if you eat out. think of it more of a nice sized hotel room with the bonus of a fridge rather than an apartment. nice sea views though." The reception and cleaning staff were very good. The location of the apartments was excellent, right on the beach and close to all amenities.
The sun loungers being made of slatted wood became very uncomfortable after a short, they could do with being replaced with the modern plastic style. Guests with their pet dogs allowing their dogs to climb on the sun lounger mattresses, if a person with an allergy to dogs used the mattress after them they could have a bad reaction which could spoil their holiday.
