The friendliness of the staff, very approachable. The bed was extremely comfy.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Had to go to the dining room for this. The shower was not as powerful as expected. We stayed directly above the dining room so this was noisy on some occassions.

Location; friendly people
Waited out in cold and rain for 10-15 minutes before we could check in; one of the beds in our room was unmade and had no linens (it just happened to be the one I wanted to use as it had a light for reading; barking dog outside my window kept me up; mold or some sort of water damage on bathroom ceiling and floor.

Warm welcome, good location. Lots of worthwhile and well-informed information on locality and history in communal area of hotel.
A bath would have been nice in addition to a shower, tea/coffee making facilities would have been better in room.

We would not classify the accomodations as luxury by any means (compared to, say, a first-class hotel), but the rooms were cozy and comfy and the staff was extremely accomodating. Oh, and the breakfasts were yummy!" (2746458)
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind.
Need a better nook for using the computer. (It was very hard to sit at the cabinet for very long.)

Fantastic staff that were friendly and full of great advice on where to eat and go out.
The beds in our room were very poor. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. But overall the room was clean and I would stay again.
