Breakfast was excellent and the personal touch from the owner was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was booked for 3 people but there was only 2 chairs to sit at table to eat.There was only 2 bath towels for 3 of us and it would have been good to have extra especially over the weekend when there was no room service.The dishwasher did not work. Could have done with some blankets for the bed.

It took us over an hour to find it after arriving at Lille. The same thing happened when we returned after a vist to Ypres in Belgium. The apartment was furnished to a very high standard and would be ideal for a longish stay. The breakfast surpassed all expectations and I can honestly say that it the best one I have ever had whilst staying in a hotel. The staff were very friendly with a very well stocked bar. We had 2 noisy kids running around the bar area and no one minded. 1 improvement the hotel can make is to get it sign posted as it took us over 30 minutes trying to find it going around various roundabouts.It is located on a new development park away from residential buildings. Once settled down its only a 2 minute drive to the metro and 10 minutes from there to Lille centre." (99375260)

It's not too far from the nearest Metro, so a run into the city centre is also easy. The hotel itself was all we could ask for, at an exceptionally good price." (99012598)
The hotel was very clean and well presented. The room was excellent for our family needs with the children able to sleep separately within the same appartment. Separate w/c to the bathroom was also convenient. Fridge and dish-washer in the mini-kitchen. Superb.
Trying to find it from the directions given. Probably our fault really!!

If you have small children you probably need a car; the next metro station is around 10-15 minute walk and can be too much for the little ones.

Excellent staff very friendly. Slight problem with room on check-in was resolved immediately. Excellent breakfast, varied and plentiful. There seemed to be a lot of 'resident' male guests hanging around, which made the children feel uneasy at first, however it wasn't really a problem in the end and it certainly wouldn't stop us using the hotel again." The next metro station is the University area where there were other hotels and I recall there were also some food outlets (Pizza etc) Overall we found the price for 2 nights extremely reasonable and with places like Ghent (fabulous) only an hour away by Car this is a great base from which to explore" (3305230826)
Room very comfortable and functional with DVD/Music player, small hob, fridge, bath and shower. Good Buffet breakfast and useful relaxation play area. Good access to Fast Metro into Central Lille.
Map Websites such as ViaMichelin.com do not know the location of this hotel so be prepared to miss Junction2, come off at Junction3 and turn back towards Lille! The location does not offer anything outside the hotel apart from the Metro which is a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive with free parking. We used this hotel because we were heading South and felt safer finding a hotel outside the centre with only our schoolboy English to rely on.

Electric gates protecting access to the car park was good, check-in guy very friendly with good English. Offered tea/coffee when we arrived which was great. Since we'd been driving all day, decided not to go out for an evening meal, so got some food from the fridges (reasonably priced) and microwaved in the apartment, not very gastronomique, but better than burgers/pizza etc. Made a change from the Novotel and would definately consider staying again if we were in the Lille area again." Eclectic styling, apartment design worked well. Kids loved the pool and table football. Free wireless (and probably wired) internet access.
Mould (presumably from condesation) visible near skirting boards in the toilet and part of apartment.

The staff were helpful, enthusiastic and spoke excellent English (though I kept trying to practise my French on them). The apartment was very well equipped and the separate bedroom meant we didn't have to share with the children. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Situated just off the end of the motorway but only 10 mins walk to the metro to Lille so you don't have to drive into town. Superb value for money and I can't wait for them to build one in Paris." The whole interior of the hotel was very much like I would expect to find in student accommodation. Poor surroundings, we had hoped to go for a walk after our journey! The hotel was not attractive - ideal for sleeping but not for surroundings. But when you see the price you can't complain - it was a bargain Bar is open 24 hours which is good although we were awoken at 4.30am by someone turning the music up too loud. Staff extremely helpful with accommodation, places to visit, organising cabs etc. It didn't spoil our weekend but I wouldn't go back there as was too far out." (2711038)
apartments and beds were very comfortable. The reception and bar areas are opened 24 hours. They also have a few large fridges, freezers to purchase food and snacks, drinks if you want to stay in one night. Also table football and pool table.
Decor - looked like a prison camp (which amused us) Extra blankets/duvets to be provided as it did get quite cold one night

"Excellent. Impressed by style and layout of hotel. Easy for children too. Youngest are aged 10 and 8 and they were quite happy with games available to them. DVDs also available to rent. Pike & ride is just up the road for easy access to Lille city. We chose to visit Tournai in Belgium, 20 mins away and then used hotel as a base from which to visit family in St Amand les Eaux, about 30 mins away.
