Moderne, Arras - Reviews & Ratings"Generally enjoyed our stay, the hotel was just right for a short break and its proximity to the centre of the town and station was important for us travelling by train. Arras is a very nice town with lots to see and it was very interesting to be there for the festival." (108150143)
Cleanliness of room, good size and comfortable.
A shower curtain would be beneficial and the pillows could be renewed as they were rather flat.

Friendly helpful staff,nice clean hotel
Would be nice to be able to keep cold drinks/sandwich in fridge in room,most hotels have room fridges especially 3 star hotels

The coffee at breakfast was made from 'real coffee' so tasted better than most of the coffee we have had in Frqnce over the past few years. Why is most of the coffee in coffee machines no longer made with fresh coffee?
The walls were thin and we could hear the person in the next room having a bath also his snoring in the middle of the night.

The receptionist was kind enough to supply me with a room on the first floor because of my health problems and also a dislike of lifts!!" (97055066)

In lovely situation on the Square looking out to the monument. Really close to all the attractions and cafe/bar and restaurants - very helpful staff and accomodating to wheelchair access.
No dining facilities which were at the hotel on a prior visit. In the room there were no tea & coffee facilities and there was no shower curtain. The brochure stated satalite TV but no world servie Sky sports etc in English and my command of other languages is only basic conversational

The view of next doors alleyway was inspiring and the fact that i got no sleep due to an awful old bed and the constant noise from banging and creaking doors and general movement of other people in rooms around the hotel would suffice it to say that i would not stay here again thanks." decent location nice look to the hotel very nice staff helpful.
room was tatty you could hear everyone else in the hotel , all the doors creaked and banged loudly ,the bed was awful should have slept on floor would have got a better nights sleep ,shower was next to useless and wouldnt keep a temperature.

Chambre : baignoire dans la salle de bain, chambre assez grande, lit confortable. Personnel : trés agréable, hésite pas à rendre service. Position hotel : En face de la gare d'arras, donc pratique
Qualité/prix : pas assez luxueux par rapport au prix Chambre : Banale et pas assez insonorisée.
