Quiet area within 10mins walking of centre. Good selection of restaurants on the quay 10mins walk as well.Room clean and good size.Large shower for a change.Staff very helpfull.

Very good location for Red Dragon Centre and Mermaid Quay. Not too bad for town centre. Good car park and helpful to be able to use beyond check out time. Staff very helpful.
Difficult to find initially and not easy to find way in and out. The window in our room was fixed slightly open which made the room quite chilly on a far from hot June night!!

Room a little small when sofa bed pulled down. Would have preferred adjoining room for the children
