  Restauarant is good value, dinner and breakfast were good.

  Need better hangars in wardrobe More power points needed in room Some detailed cleaning of room wouldn't go amiss

  Baiscally good.

  During the booking process online, I gave all my credit card details and so believed I paid the room fee already. However, I need to give the credit card for waping on the card reader when I checked in at the Hotel and finally I need to sign the pay slip with 2nd waping of my credit card on the next day I checked out. Feeling like I have double or even triple paid the room fee even the staff explained to me. To save guard the payment, I have to check my coming bank statement.

  THe hotel is lovely and clean and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful

  I was not warned of the very loud, late disco that was on on the Saturday night which drew a less than quiet clientele. I therefore could not get to sleep when I needed. I was away for a restful stay which was unfortunately spoiled by this experience

  The owner was very helpful in helping me figure out how to get around London as there was an Underground strike. Certainly not something she had to do given I was staying in Salisbury. The breakfast was good. Free wi-fi is a good thing. Location was convenient for the cathedral and not too far from the train station either.

  Not the hotel's fault I suppose, but if I'm able to reserve the room with Amex, I ought to be able to pay with Amex. The windows are old and so its like the people on the street are in your room, which probably isn't an issue in non-street facing rooms. The knobs on the doors are impossible to operate, which I mentioned to the owner and its on their list to replace. Would like to have been able to get the wi-fi in the room and not just in the downstairs common area.
