Staff were excellent and always tried to cater for all needs. Breakfast was also very good.
No iron in the room which is usually needed after clothes have been in a suitcase for a while. Smokers are not catered for at all. I have stayed in hotels which have a couple of rooms purely for smokers.

Hotel and staff really excellent - for service and customer service, however, the bathroom in room was really smelly and smelled of urine.
Bathroom smelled of urine !
