Excellent continental breakfast you would go a long way to better it,staff very attentive,nothing too much trouble. Very clean estableshment.
I would have to be realy picky to find any bad points!

Very clean and tidy, good, new bathrooms/fittings. Fairly recently refurbished hotel. Helpful staff/owners.Handily located for main centre of Ypres.
No "social" facilities eg lounge or bar area.
