was showed to my room and it smelled smoky although it was non smoking. I asked to be moved to another room and was moved straight away, the staff are lovely, really helpful. Would definately stay again.

We arrived early and were able to check straight into our room which was lovely. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food excellent too. Facilities very good and excellent value for money, would definately stay again.
If i made bad comments it would be to nit pick so I won't bother as overall its a lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel although as the weather was hot we would have liked a method of cooling our room. Staff and food very good.
No method of cooling room. The bathroom was in need of decorating.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, The hotel decor was very nice and the rooms were of a good size. -The price was well worth it too!
The only thing would be new bathrooms but they were not really that much of a problem.

Excellent. We found this to be a clean, comfortable, friendly hotel, serving good food at a reasonable cost.
Couldn't find any relating to the accommodation. Clearer roadside indication that the turning in to the hotel is imminent would save overshooting or causing closely following motorists to have to brake sharply.

We were very impressed with hotel, especially the waiting staff in the evening of the 21st september, i am lactose intolerant and the staff were the best that i/we have come across since being diagnosed.

Receptionist very pleasant and efficient. Restaurant had an excellent menu served by cheerful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great staff and the breakfast was excellent. Breakfast area and reception were very well kept. Shower was amazing!
Car park collected large puddles as there was heavy rain, as there were a few pot holes. Room smelled quite strongly of cleaning materials when we entered, though obviously this is better than smelling as if it had not been cleaned! The corridor from reception/bar area to our room did look quite dated but this is not a huge problem.

Decor of hotel, and friendliness of staff good. Good menu selection. Room was clean and well presented.
Really disappointed that my plates were still left outside my room the following morning from the night before! Quite noisy due to busy road and thin walls. Woken up at 4.45am on 19.06.08 by neighbour speaking loudly in foreign language in room 210.

Room bog standard, no tissues or bottled water, unable to open window more than a fraction. Dinner restaurant service good and attentive, let down by greasy fish and chips. Left early morning, but staff took care to point out and provide coffee and toast an hour before official breakfast start." (97134985)

Conveniently situated and quiet. The room was a good size, well appointed and clean. Friendly, helpful staff.
The room was too hot overnight. Breakfast started too late (8.30 am on Saturday) since our conference in Wrexham started at 9.30 am.

Rooms are well equipped and clean. I found the all the staff to be most helpful and the dining experience excellent.
The only gripe I had was with the skimpy shower curtain. When using the shower it was difficult to prevent the floor becoming wet.
