"Not having hot water is unacceptable for any hotel and this caused problem for us." (107929779)
parking on site and staff were elpful on the next day
we had NO hot water and were due to attend a function with our childrenand we had to take a COLD shower. I was told you were carrying out a maintenace and there would be no hot water for a few hours!!
