  "We came here to visit Lourdes and picked this Hotel for its value for money. When we arrived, we found this family run Hotel to be well presented, a nice building centrally located and with welcoming, friendly staff. During our stay, the owners were extremely helpful and we would highly reccomend this Hotel to every one." (3304537576)

  "Overall the hotel was good value for money. We only took breakfast at the hotel because our activities were of an irregular pattern. The staff we met were very friendly and obliging. The female receptionist was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The distance to the Acceuil St. Frai/Domaine is a fair walk for me but this was balanced by the quiet position of the hotel away from the noisy bars and hotels. The hotel is not air conditioned."   Comfortable bed. Shower instead of bath. Plenty of towels/soap etc.

  The bed was very low: It was difficult to get in or out of bed because of my arthritis. The shower cubicle needed a soap dish.

  We were very happy with the overall experience. Very pleasant staff always willing to help even with a language barrier. We did not encounter any difficulties ( overall review)Cleanliness of accomodation.

  "Ho trovato il servizio corrispondente a quanto descritto su Internet (cosa un po' rara) e quindi ne sono rimasto assai soddisfatto, perchè hot trovato ciò che consapevolmente avevo scelto. In definitiva un eccellente servizio di booking, e un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo per l'albergo in questione." (3305239962)

  "Pour le jeune couple que nous sommes,nous avions deux lits séparés par une table de nuit inamovible.Il a fallu proceder à un déménagement en règle dans la chambre pour nous rapprocher.D'autre part, notre chambre n'etait meme pas equipée d'une télévision.Nous avons été surpris par les femmes de chambre qui sont entrées dans la chambre à deux reprises à 9h puis 9h15, il a fallu elever la voix pour avoir enfin la paix. 42.50 euros pour une telle prestation cela fait un peu cher!"   "El hotel está cerca del centro. Es algo complicado el acceso en vehículo, pero más fácil a pie. Está en una zona tranquila y bonita, cerca del río. Cuando llegas te reciben con amabilidad y te dan información completa sobre la población. Las habitaciones son correctas. El trato del personal es bueno. El desayuno es ideal, ni muy abundante ni el ridículo café con leche y pasta. Lo empiezan a servir bastante temprano. Los horarios de comida y cena son algo rígidos." (1524402)

  "En la reserva on-line no te da opción, o por lo menos yo no lo vi, que desees una habitación con cama de matrimonio. Tambien sería bueno un mapa de situación del hotel dentro de la ciudad" (1449349)

  las camas son pequeñas,nadie sabía donde estaba el hotel, ni la calle.tal vez porque lourdes está lleno de hoteles.

  Buena situación. Buen precio. Buena atención en general a pesar del idioma.

  Instalaciones correctas, aunque un tanto insuficientes, como por ejemplo, la falta de enchufes para conectar los aparatos, y para uno que había no funcionaba bien.
