Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean throughout and in an excellent location. Wonderful food in restaurant.
Asked for a no smoking room but there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. However, this did not spoil our stay.

It was very convenient for walking about the centre of town and access to major routes was not difficult. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I am ever fortunate enough to return to Rodez!" The room was stiflingly hot and it was almost impossible to sleep. The shower drain needed clearing as the water took a very long time to drain away.
