The decoration of the rooms as each one was personalised and the staff were all really warm and friendly. As a group we felt very safe in the hotel. Furthermore breakfast was good value for money and really nice and sociable.
Our only complaint was that it seemed one of the beds had not been changed or cleaned as there were hairs on the pillow and the sheets appeared to be dirty. Apart from that everywhere in the rooms was spotless.

Hotel Cote Patio, Nîmes - Reviews & Ratings"We arrived and were warmly greeted, the offered to help with our bags, and showed us to our room. The hotel has a nice Courtyard area for lounging which doubles as a place to eat breakfast. They also server breakfast in your room if you want. Hosts were very helpful and polite. Wifi Internet is provided free and worked well. Highly Recommended. Minor issue, no parking, however there is some parking on the street outside if you are lucky." (3305335211)

The management were extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel is not in one of the better parts of Nimes, but is very convenient for the centre. There are two local restaurants a short walk away that are exceptional. For 1,2, or 3 nights it is very good value, clean accomodation. Longer stays might become somewhat more irksome as it is basic in facilities." (3305048075)

The design of the hotel, with the rooms all grouped around the patio, makes for a difficult stay if you have young children wanting to sleep. Next time, I'll stay outside the city centre and commute in." (3305038908)
The room was big enough for my two kids and my wife and I. They did their best for us.
Tough to find. Parking behind locked doors which needed the guy to assist. No street parking while you wait for the guy. One single guy working that day and I conclude every day. Every room overlooks the central 'patio', hence any conversation on the patio late at night disturbs all guests. We were lucky in that nobody was out there that evening. You need the patio windows open in your room to get any ventilation and it was a hot night.

It could only be described as quirky . The patio area was a wonderful, peaceful distraction in the middle of a busy city. You could relax, have a drink and listen to good but not invasive background music. The host Jean Noel was brilliant and had a good sense of humour. Would definitely stay again.
Being on the front of the hotel it could be a bit noisy, earplugs resolved this problem , otherwise everything was more than satisfactory.

The hotel is well situated to explore Nimes and the surrounding area. It is approximately 10 minutes walk to Nimes Centre and the railway station. Ambiance was pleasant, informal, friendly staff.
Walls of rooms were paper thin (we were next to breakfast kitchen which was very noisy in early morning), our room was *very* dark because window looked out on high wall outside which was about 3 feet away.

Hanging space was at a premium and no hangers were provided. Bathroom was again adequate for a short stay but small. Relaxing atmosphere. Area in which hotel is situated is just outside town centre-five minute walk is nicely convenient but area is a little scruffy. The young men who run the place are eager to oblige, very polite and gracefully deferential. Provided a hairdryer on request at no charge. Availability of drinks to order on the patio is a good touch. Choice of inside or outside seating for breakfast also good.Open and partially enclosed patio areas for relaxation is successful use of space. The business is obviously new and the hotel is developing a distinct style. They are investing heavily in the project." (3304278427)

Did not see anyone (staff) who spoke English. The young man who checked us in tried to be helpful but a hotel that advertises in the UK should have English speaking staff present.

Accueil chaleureux, décor charmant, chambre propre et confortable; le centre-ville (arènes) n'est qu'à 10 min à pied, essentiellement par un grand boulevard peu risqué.

très bon accueil, chambre et salle de bain très propres, patio fort agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner. devant partit tôt le lundi matin (4h30), un thermos de café m'a été préparé et m'attendait dans la cuisine.

"Fantastic and the hotels staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful" (108970354)
This hotel is great for families with young Children, we were travelling with a 15 month old child and are always a bit apprehensive when booking hotels - however the staff at this hotel were excellent and very welcoming. They offered us use of the microwave to prepare food for our son and gave us a proper baby bath to bath him in. Best of all the hotel has an inner patio / courtyard and when our son had gone to sleep at night we were able to sit on the patio with the baby monitor (whilst still being able to see the door to our room) and have a bottle of wine and chat. The hotelier was even kind enough to loan us some wine glasses and a corkscrew! They also had a highchair for my son which was a blessing! Breakfast was good with a lovely choice of cereal, fruit salad, bread, sausage, cheese, yoghurts, jams and spreads, croissants, juice and hot drinks.
