We were rather overawed by the "beautiful people" parading around in their white robes!But we did enjoy our stay " (97166035)
The hotel is well appointed just a short walk from the lovely town with it's large and varied choice of restaurants. We enjoyed being so close to everything and loved wandering around the beautiful squares with their fountains and markets. Our room was bright and spacious with a nice comfortable bed.Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The meals we took at the hotel although seemingly expensive were delicious and represented good value.
Our first impression of the hotel was not a friendly one. The foyer/lounge area has a cold feeling. With the exception of one young man the reception staff were very offhand and barely acknowledged us as we entered and left the hotel, although they were quite helpful when approached. We were surprised not to find any leaflets of local interest and information on display in the reception area. A

i liked the spa unfortunately the big outdoor pool was not heated. yet.

Superbe piscine, spa, hammam, sauna, beau jardin méditerranéan, ambiance très décontractée, personnel présent, efficace, discrèt et sympa, restaurant avec terrasse romantique. Le tout parfait... et pas besoin d'une voiture pour visiter le centre ville.

Hôtel très agréable à deux pas des rues piètonnes. Nous y séjournons régulièrement.Je recommande les chambres privilèges (plus cher) mais tellement plus belles (vue superbe sur les toits d'Aix, chaussons, peignoir....;)
Le parking n'est pas facile d'accès,il vaut mieux avoir une voiture de petite taille

situation de l'hotel dans la ville
personnel de chambre qui entre alors que le panneau ne pas deranger est sur la porte( 9h30le dimanche) pas de serviette a disposition vers la piscine il faut prendre celle de la chambre servant pour la salle de bain prestation balneo et massage fermes le dimanche

Komfortables, gut gepflegtes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist eine Oase mitten in der Stadt.
Bitte einen Duschvorhang vor der Badewanne anbringen.
