Eaton Court Hotel, Leamington Spa - Reviews & Ratings"I selected this hotel because it was in a residential area, as opposed to in-town hotels which might be noisy. I knew there was access by public bus (route G1), or a walk of about 3/4 of a mile. However, my event ran later than the last bus at 2334, and it was raining, so I did have a wet, midnight walk. Of course, I could have chosen to take a taxi. This is no fault of the hotel, but visitors without a car should be aware of the moderate distance from town." (108981150)
Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Honored my request for room away from street and church bells--I never heard the bells mentioned in other reviews.
No fault of the hotel, but there are no shops (food, drink, etc.) within immediate area of the hotel. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from town center (Marks & Spencer, Tesco, etc.).

IT WOULD BE HELPFULL TO KEEP BEDROOM DOOR CLOSED IN N4 ROOM AS IT WAS DARK ON ENTERING AND I DID NOT SEE THE STEP AND TOOK A FLYER.

Always friendly efficient staff
one small issue - shower hose was broken, only stayed one night, so didn't notice until morning by which time it is too late.

room and bed were huge so we had plenty of space! as we are big people it was a lovely change not to be squashed in an hotel bed.bed was very comfortable. people at the hotel were very friendly.breakfast well cooked and speedily prepared.
decor in the room was a bit tatty.wall paper coming off the wall. side of the bath was loose. kettle was almost impossible to unplug!inside the wardrobe was dirty.

very nice breakfast lovely big bedrooms comfotable beds and pillows
my sister had the room looking over the church and heard the church bells every hour also she came and had a bath in our room satuarday t time because no hot water in her room

Good location, large room but furniture/t.v/ a bit dated. Staff helpful and we had a very good dinner. Prices were acceptable
Bathroom to small, and shower over bath not well protected resulting in wet floor. Need to upgrdae toiletries.

The size of the room
There is no lift. The rooms were very dusty and the bathroom, unlike the bedroom was ridiculously small, and as The towel rail was scorching with no warnings anywhere burns are unavoidable!! It was meant to be a double, but the bed was only a 3/4. Couples beware!!

The only water coming out of the shower was cold, and it was not possible to use the bath as no water at all came out of the hot tap. A disappointing stay!" (97941363)
