Good Breakfast
We did not stay during the recent hot spell but the room was still unbearably hot and despite a fan being available did not cool down all night even with an open window. Its appalling that a modern hotel should have no air conditioning except on the lower floor and that guests should be subjected to sleepless nights.

Friendly staff,clean room.The bar stayed open as late as we needed. Taxis were on hand and drivers waited on site.Which was a huge help.
Didnt like having to ask staff to open the window and the drinks were expensive in the hotel,as they are in most places.However,£5 for a large dry white wine!

Good rooms
The lift is very noisy and disturbed my sleep on two seperate occassions Poor breakfast sevice, on two seperate stays the hot food trays have not had eggs or bacon. This is quite frustrating for self service.

Noisy throughout the night - slamming doors, the sound of people running along the corridor etc. 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double bed.

staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. There wasn't enough towels and this was sorted out very quickly. The hairdryer also blew up and was changed.

Excellent check in service. Pleasant staff
I left a scarf in our room and called in the evening of our departure. I was assured by the person who answered that they would investigate the lost property and call back in a few minutes. This didn't happen and I am still waiting for the call back.

The pedestrain access along main road was unpleasant with speeding cars & a rough grass walkway. So the complete lack of foresight shown on the website, that some of your customers may prefer to walk between their destinations was frustrating. For customers who travel by train & have Warwick Technology Park as their business destination, the hotel is between the 2, and under a mile each way." (107613547)
Restaurant staff particularly welcoming and professional, services staff polite and welcoming. Bed very comfortable.
Bath cleanliness questionable & tap had drip, also unable to get plug out. Web booking not clear that I had paid at time of booking. Reception staff not forthcoming with useful information over & above basics, although polite they needed prompting to help me.Access map should show that main road isn't the best way to get to hotel, despite being most direct. Accurate access details for pedestrians walking from the train station would have been very helpful. and

one room allocated did not correspond to key provided. second room was located 2 floors up from first room although 2 of us were together. noise from residents in room above on and off until 3 am

Location
Very Hot interior, lack of ventilation, room service offered on late arrival was very basic Cheese or Ham Sandwich, although strangely Alcohol of all types was available 24/7... This does not match the room service menu in the room, which indicated a rather more extensive food option even after 22:00. The check out took a very long time...

Nice clean nice size hotel room. Great king size bed was good - most hotels seem to have smaller. Staff were really helpful in organising minicab to go to nearby Warrick for dinner and anything else we needed.

The only grumble was that we had to wait at the reception desk for quite some time before anyone came to attend to us and I do feel that they need to supply a bell on the desk to raise the attention of the staff immediately. Other than that, the overnight stay was most enjoyable and the bed very comforatable. I would definately use this hotel again." (97935399)

I would put my stay in the Hoiday Inn at Leamington into the good group." (97494776)
Easy to find Easy access to main route - M40 Well maintained externally - gardens and building. Nice airy reception and cafe culture look Instant availability of internet access and speed of access was good Nice choice of uncomplicated food.
The main thing I would change was to not have football on in the bar - it reminds me of saga tours to spanish resorts with football and too much booze. Its really good to have a big flatscreeen in the bar, but I think it should be dedicated to pleasant background music videos.

As it was, we ended up spending most of our first morning trying to find somewhere in Leamington Spa that did a full English breakfast. We found out from a guest whilst waiting for the lift. Other than that one small thing we had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay." (97296734)

good size bed
same style and facilities in room as any hotel. I was expecting more in terms of layout from holiday inn. Saying that the other facilities outside the room inch restaurant where excellent.

The hotel was excellent clean and up to date.
The heating in the room was not adequate. The staff dealt with our complaint promptly and provided us with a electric heater.

The double bed was large which is good. The breakfast was self-service with an adequate variety of cereals but no museli! Rooms were amended by hotel - originally booked 2 family rooms - hotel changed to one twin room and one double with sofa bed which was an executive suite (this room was excellent)
Twin room was small for needs - one guest was in a wheelchair and no other room was available. Would have been ideal if could have had two double beds (occupants elderly father and daughter).

Very clean rooms and environment in general. Comfortable beds
Breakfast was expensive and we chose to eat elsewhere. The room was very hot and the fan did not reach the whole room.
