The staff at breakfast were very attentive. Good choice for breakfast
The desk staff were not friendly...no smile of welcome. There was no remote for the TV (we were told that they had some new ones but they hadnt been coded yet). The room was scruffy in places

Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Inadequate ventilation in room. With just one small window in the room the temperature was far too high to sleep. Fire door in hallway banged against bedroom wall when opened by other guests. This was particularly annoying when it occurred late at night. There were no towel rails fitted in the bathroom.

Having an extra bed in the room for our grandchild, we then could not get into the wardrobes to hand our clothes up. There was no remote control for the television, and the windows would not open.

Very nice reception and dining area, room was good, bed even better. staff pretty good too.
A smell of dirty water as you walk from reception to room, but wouldnt put me off staying again. But the shower itself was none existant, you need a lot of patience to get the taps working as a shower, then what trickles out makes you wonder if it was worth it. Then you have to work out how to turn it all off again. That will put me off staying again, unless the water pressure is sorted.

Comfortable Bed, very good assistant Manager, who gave me 50% of my dinner bill for waiting an hour.
waited an hour for Dinner. No In-room dining ment, then when I ordered one from reception it never turned up, so went down to receiption to order my dinner which then arrived and hour later

The foyer looks nice
Food was disappointing, bar looked like a scene from beetlejuice and drinks were expensive. Too far away from town to go there without a taxi.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, close to town, very helpful staff, lovely room.
Would prefer a bath rather than just a shower for a longer stay. It was fine for an overnight though.

The hotel was located in a convenient position for sightseeing in and around Warwickshire.
Unfortunately there wasn't a view of anything other than a wall from the only window in the room. The hot food for the breakfast buffet ran out before all of the guests had eaten, the refill was too slow.

The hotel was very well set up, clean and well decorated. The staff were all very helpful and the food was excellent.
The room was slightly on the small side for a double bed but this did not spoil the visit.

The room was adequate and pleasant.
The bathroom was dreadful. I had to change rooms because there was what appeared to be blood splattered up the bathroom wall by the sink. The new room was clean but I dont feel that the mould and scum on the shower walls and round the taps was unacceptable.

The room was perfectly appointed with everything you could need. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly.
Parking was insufficient. When we returned to the hotel at around midnight, there was nowhere to park. We ended up having to park in a small area designated as no parking.

Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was in a good location.

Food good Staff pleasant Clean & tidy
We were in the worst possible room as it was above the noisiest possible disco/party. Having tried to sleep, we gave up & complained to reception. We then dressed, packed up & moved to another room where we finally managed to sleep although the whole place was pulsating with the 'music' & noise. Surely we should have been told of the party booking when we booked & could have decided whether or not to stay? Staff were aplogetic stating that the room should not have been let to us knowing that there was a large party booked, therefore it was the fault of the person who booked the room for us.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ROOM HAD GOOD DECOR BUT SHOWER WAS A LITTLE ANTIQUATED. BAR AREA EXCELLENT BUT THE STAFF COULDNT DO ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU WELCOME AND COMFORTABLE.

Clean and tidy in rooms and lounges.
English Breakfast was self service, served from 6.45am.-9.30am. We arrived in the restaurant at 8.45am and everything looked good, but was spoilt by a major irritation, all the hot food was cold, so easy for this to be put correct.
