There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I know we only wanted A bed for the night and that is precisely what we got. It appeared like I would imagine a prison cell to look like. Not inviting at all.

That there was taken consideration about bringing a dog. The room was on the ground floor and coming out on a plot of grass
That the phone number of the hotel mentioned on your booking form, was not reachable . The second one in the booklet was, but what if one hasn't got a booklet.

La réservation n'a pas fonctionnée puisque mes beau parents ont du payer sur place leur chambre d'hotel alors que je l'avais déjà rélgé sur le net

facile d'accès prix raisonnable petit déjeuner correct
insonorisation inexistante les tarifs indiqués au moment de la réservation sur internet ne correspondent pas à ce qu'on a réglé; par ex : chambre 2 personnes 72 payé 73.20 ; petit déjeuner 4.50 payé 4.50 payé 4.80 cela fait une différence de 4.80 (31.49 F)

rapport qualité prix honnête. réservation garantie. heures d'ouvertures larges; literie correcte et serviettes de toilette propres
cabinet de toilette pas très fonctionnel : douche ne s'accrochant pas, rideau trop petit, pas de tapis de bain, de l'eau partout...

"I booked via internet and paid by cash refund given in cash, while there for the 1 hour my folder with all travel information inside went missing this from room to reception, I got no support in finding it I left my name and mobile No in case it was found, so on my return I could collect, the lady was very rude, the next morning I went back to see room No 8 the new lady was very helpful gave me the key to check if we had left it there, it was not there, thanked the lady and left my card for her to contact me if it was handed in, todate no contact" (108691156)

when we arrived the we went into our room and there was no toilet roll the room was dirty as it had not been cleaned, asked for refund, given new room No 8 the door was hanging off the toilet and not acceptable, refund given
