Chateau Des Reynats, Marsac sur l'Isle - Reviews & Ratings"Ideal location for 2 day stop over during our tour of France. Would definately stay again." (97718328)
Clean hotel & helpful staff. Easy to find with signs at nearby roundabout and good parking available. Quiet area but within short distance of shops and nearby town.
Not aware at time of booking that stay would be in new building on the site rather than the Chateau itself.

The room was clean, close to facilicites in Perigueux by car. Evening meal and service were good.
The carpet to the rooms was grubby and the Orangerie was dark to find our way around first time after a long trip.

The Food was absolutely excellent. The best meal we had over 6 days on this visit.
No greeting or porterage and as so often in France rather impersonal.

Romantic appearance of chateau, excellent food and service.
You don't get to stay in the chateau if you stay in the medium-priced rooms, on the other hand the Orangerie rooms are quite comfortable. The restaurant is fairly-priced for the quality of the food, but some might be surprised by the relatively-high prices.
