My experience is that although you ask for superior rooms when booking online according to the web site pictures, because the hotel has to pay a commission to the agent we were often put into inferior rooms. Am really cross and disappointed.

Das bessere Restaurant im Haus war leider ausgebucht. Das Essen und der Aufenthalt im Bistro ist alles andere als empfehlenswert.

Hotel was in a lovely location - the lakeside position was very picturesque- the room was well decorated
The airconditioning did not work - when we spoke to reception they said that they had had complaints that the hotel was too cold so they had switched it off - we were told to open a window instead. When the window was opened the fan for the heating came on! The hotel was full and we could not therefore change rooms
