Staff a real joy to meet, very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent secure parking facility.
The hotel was freezing, being December, we thought the heaters would have been on.

The accommodation was very convenient, spacious and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was great.
We would prefer to have guaranteed non-smoking rooms, although our room did not smell smoky.

L'accueil et le personnel était très avenants et agréables. Parking Gratuit et fermé la nuit. Ce système offre la possibilité d'être sûr d'avoir un hotel, longtemps à l'avance. Surtout utile comme c'était le cas ici, pour un événement si prisé que la braderie de Lille, où généralement il est impossible d'avoir une chambre à moins de 6 mois à l'avance.
Tarif de l'hotel, par rapport à sa situation (en ZAC, avec métro à +1Km) et la taille des chambres.(Heureusement que j'avais une voiture)

phoned to say we would be late as we were lost!! We were given the night security code and told where our key would be, which we thought was well-organised.
One bedside light did not work. Only one bath towel in bathroom even though the booking was for two people.
