Interesting building and tastefully renovated
Car parking not easy in Lille itself and hotel car park was full first night so car had to be left on street. Booking arrangemnet for parking would be good.

Overall good location with a pleasing unique characterful environment
Shower adapter was very stiff and difficult to activate, and water drainage from the bath shower system prone to flooding bathrooom floor

The hotel is very clean and centrally located. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful.
The rooms themselves are a bit outdated and lacklustre when compared to the common areas and they seem to vary in size: we had 2 rooms; one very large and the other very pokey.
