Avery relaxed and pleasant overnight stay. Plenty of space, lots of hot water, comfortable bed and good that one did not have to vacate the apartment too early.

There was a lack of information given which led to me sitting in my car outside the apartment building for minutes on end. It was extremely difficult to find in the first place - some local inhabitants had never heard of it - and I would not rebook this accommodation despite the fact that it is clean." (99458648)
It was clean and reasonably priced
There was insufficient information provided on check-in. For example there are electronic gates to allow access to the premises and there was no explanation offered as to how to get them open.

hotel bien placé,relativement calme
horaire d'arrivée non définie( sur réservation de 15h à 19h), en réalité arrivée jusqu'à 16h).ce qui aurait pu être très préjudiciable. aucune possibilité de petit déjeuner à l'hotel le dimanche et lundi matin(non signifié sur réservation et même après un coup de fil d'information).

Un lit deux places en bon état et me lever le matin sans mal au dos. L'entretien de la chambre: savon, shampoing, draps, serviettes propres tous les jours." (97994519)
Réellement aucun alors que j'ai déjà utilisé la formule par deux fois sur Bordeaux avec succés.
pas de lit deux places et cassé, porte douche cassée, odeurs dans appartement, Pas de place de parking réservée, petit déjeuner pris minable: pas de lait, pas de viennoiserie, jus d'orange pas bon, pas de choix,...

Possibilité d'accés facilité apres réservation sur internet, piéce principale assez spacieuse, bien qu'un peu froide, grands placards.
Lit un peu étroit et protége matelas un peu rèche et bruillant, salle de bains rappelant un peu les salle de bains d'un hôpital, il manquerait peut-être un grill pain.

"Poor performance from staff who gave me the impression they attempted to cover up their error. A cursory glance of the fax they claimed to come from me quickly identified it had not." (108011378)
Room large and clean.
Arived to find no room - staff claimed I had amended booking. Check with fax showed it was another guest amending their stay. Took long time to resolve and not a word of apology from staff.
