Hôtel Première Classe Cergy Pontoise, Pontoise - Reviews & Ratings"This is an extremely basic hotel and accurately reflects the very cheap room rate, there are no frills here, vinyl flooring rather than carpets!! For a single night it is bearable, the beds are reasonably comfortable although the rooms are cold, there is no spare bedding. There is no bar, hot drinks are available from a vending machine in the foyer." (97626189)

Hôtel Première Classe Cergy Pontoise, Pontoise - Reviews & Ratings"I would have liked to have known there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room, or no hotel iron! Everything was spotless, but the blankets had holes in them, there was no plug for the sink and the shower tray leaked. The staff were absolutely first class, but the amenities were poor. Vending machines, internet access and pool table all out of order several times during our stay, but staff worked quickly to remedy the problems. Would stay again" (97462416)

Location was ideal for what we were after, perfect fot travelling to Paris
There was nothing we didn't dislikeabout the hotel, although car parking could prove difficult

I HAVE SPENT ABOUT 4 NIGHTS IN THE HOTEL.I DID REALLY ENJOYED THE TIME I WAS THERE.THE ONLY THING THAT ANNOYED ME WAS A DAY I CALLED TO THE RECEPTION TO CONFIRM THAT I WILL PAY THE MONEY WHEN I WILL BE GOING OUT(BECAUSE I WAS SO TIRED AND IT WAS COMING TO MIDDAY,THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE TO WAS REALLY RUDE TO ME TO THE EXTENT THAT HE WAS DOUBTING ON MY HONNESTY.I WAS REALLY UPSET.THAT WAS SO FAR THE ONLY INCIDENT I ENCOUNTERED DURING MY STAY.

Un peu plus de propreté des éléments du petit déjeuner. Installation d'un chauffage dand la salle de bains. Manque de chaises et de penderies dans la chambre.

l'accueil et le petit déjeuné.. Rien à redire. Chambre pas chere pour la région.
la chambre sentait mauvais (certainement les pieds), le dessus de lit comportait des brulures de cigarettes et était défraichi, dans la salle de bain: traces de moisi et reservoir de papier toilette qui ne tenait pas bien.
