  The hotel is nwocmobice, clean, efficient and cost-effective. It is close to shopping area for essentials to to wide range of eating outlets. well.

  "Rooms were small but OK for the price. They seriously need to renew their drainage systems. We loved the location - close to RER and 2 great commercial centres, one with shops including a large Carrefour and another with lots of restaurants and a big cine complex. We did Disney for the 5th time, so wanted to be 'offsite'. I can't answer the next question, would we stay here again? I think we would look for every reasonably priced alternative first, even so I doubt it, despite the great location. On the other hand, as a low paid person, economics will always drive. So - difference in price would determine!" (97655057)

  Location, rooms small but adequate.

  Oh dear. We reserved three rooms, but only one appeared on the hotel's system. Although they found us three rooms eventually, this was with sighs, rolling of eyes, and protestations of being unable to speak English. Then they wanted to charge us a different rate from our written confirmation. The credit card wouldn't process - and when it did, the paper didn't print, so we ended up with a scrap of thermal paper with '618 euros' hand written on it. No company details whatsoever. All the hassle paled into insignificance because of the STENCH in the rooms, one being especially bad. SEWAGE, RAW/BOILING CABBAGE, CHEMISTRY EXPERIMENT GONE WRONG, TERMINALLY BLOCKED DRAINS....all this but worse. The house keeper explained that the drains went wrong in the rain... There hadn't been any rain for weeks! THIS HOTEL HAS A FATAL FATAL FATAL DRAIN PROBLEM. If you are at all sensitive to smells DO NOT BOOK. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK. The staff will consider you a complete nuisance if you complain, but when they WANT you to change rooms (because they got stuck with a double bed for two singles) they will FORCE you to move!!!! After 3 days out of a 5 day booking of suffering an intolerable smell which they insisted was normal, they then insisted it was ABNORMAL and we had to change. All arguments - that we would just put up with it for the last 2 days - were ignored. The room changes were ALMOST, but not quite, equally as smelly. Please note that English is NOT an acceptable language to the staff here, nor is completely fluent Spanish, Italian or German. Or French. My wife lived in France for several months and I myself have a degree in French, am a qualified tour guide in French (as is my wife), and do tours in French as a sole language 3 times per week. As anyone knows, if my French were inadequate, the French would complain!! But my French, while being more than adequate and indeed praiseworthy for up to 200 clients per week, was inadequate or unintelligible for the receptionists in this hotel. Chambermaids? Dirt poor Asian or somewhere similar with no knowledge of French or English. Rooms - despite our problems, not filthy. Almost clean, but showing signs of rushed cleaning (e.g. tops of skirting boards showing weeks of neglect. Cleaned after a complaint - but how many people put up and shut up?)

  very good value. Close to Paris and train station. Easy to get to Disneyland Paris and Astrix World.

  No extractor fan in the bathroom so the whole room got very steamed up when someone had a shower.

  "The hotel is not far away from Euro Disney Parks. Within 15minutes we have maded to the parks by car. We had a nice experience at your hotel. We are looking forward to stay in one of your hotels on our next vacation in France." (97813881)

  "the accomodation was very reasonably priced for what you got, it was clean, safe, quiet and easy to find, close to the rer train station and bus station" (97465813)

  "We were not able to access the hotel with our conrimation slip and this could have been difficult if we had been delayed. the hotel was clean and friendly. But there was a terrible smell from the drains in the bathroom that was offensive. On the whole an adequate hotel for a short stay." (97778569)

  The beds were comfortable

  The accomodation was adequate but there was a terrible smell from the shower in the bathroom.

  "Het hotel is echt bedoeld om alleen te slapen. Geen verder vermaak, ook niet dicht in de buurt. Dus als je er niet op rekent 's avonds gezellig op je kamer te zitten en een kort bezoek brengt dan is dit een goede slaapmogelijkheid." (107727075)

  Zeer vriendelijk personeel in het hotel. Bedden waren goed en schoon. Alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen voorhanden.

  Kamer had iets groter gemogen:voor twee volwassenen en een kind van 16 is het kamertje met twee éénpersoonsbedden en een stapelbed, weinig loopruimte en een heel kleine wc/doucheruimte, eigenlijk te benauwend. Het ontbijt is zeer summier. Werd netjes verzorgd, maar stel niet te hoge eisen.

  personnel agréable bon petit dejeuner
