It was close to places we wanted to visit.
It wasn't welcoming. Shower didn't drain properly,bunk bed had screws missing.shower room had a hole in the door,only one bedside lamp worked.

Rooms very clean and tidy,all staff were very helpfull.
For the first two nights the single bed was a little small, after my room was changed it was excelient.

Cheap and efficient
Too hot on the upper bed - 1st floor room so we can't let the window open through the night, no hatch. Only French speaking tv channels

The web version and the actual hotel did not appear to be the same! The area the hotel in is the the safest. The locked parking is good but you have to walk onto the public footpath to get back to the hotel." (3304390104)
The price only.
Room so small it can not fit 4 beds in plan. One is a bunk. This is not as described. No team making facility. Room smelt of sweaty old men. Blankets had holes in. Although cheap I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We asked the receptionist if we could have a taxi number in order to go out for dinner and were told that it would not be possible, she then advised us to walk roughly 1 1/2 miles to the area where the restaurants were located. As a group of girls we felt unsafe/secure in the surroundings as there were groups of men and youths drinking on the street. The general surroundings were fairly rough and we ended up getting harrassed by 2 men on a motorbike. However the hotel itself was good value for money its situation was not ideal." (3305399825)
The rooms were exceptionally clean considering the price I paid.
Reception staff were not particularly helpful when asked for taxi telephone numbers and local information.

On the second day we purchased breakfast and were very impressed with the selection of food. so much so that we decided to purchase breakfast again on our third day. When we entered the restaurant we were very surprised to see all empty containers. The receptionist then gave us both a tray which contained a croissant and a small bread roll, what a disappoinment. We asked if there were any yogurts we were handed an apple and a prune one. Why was the standard so different from one day to the next? It would have been useful to know there were no tea/coffee making facilities available in the rooms or in reception before we arrived." (3304803792)
Easy access from motorway and Disneyland Paris. Secure car park. Friendly staff. Easy reach to a wide selection of restaurants.
Although we were two adults sharing a room, the facilities in the room were only for one person, ie one towel, one beaker. Although we mentioned this to staff, during the 3 days we still only had one towel. Eventually we had to use our own towels. No access to any tea/coffee making facilities either in room or in reception. It would be nice when returning to the hotel late in the evening to have the facility to purchase a coffee (even one out of a machine)

Hôtel Balladins Torcy, Torcy - Reviews & Ratings"have stayed in various balladins before but found torcy balladins too remote when on a relaxing break you don.t expect to be woke up every ten minutes to be told they have to get in to room now to clean then room attendant to stand outside your door making you feel uncomfortable having kids to get ready it left us flustered this would start from 9 am onwards also the lack of english speaking front of house staff was non existing.Rooms were not big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids on a positive note when room attendant did get in rooms were cleaned to good standard pity they in such a hurry" (3304458516)

Parking avec grille, on peut entrer 24h/24 avec code à l'entrée, bon petit déjeuner
Salle de bain vétuste (moisissures, tuyau de douche qui fuit) Si on séjourne au rez-de chaussée, il faut fermer la fenêtre car un voleur a essayé de rentrer pendant que l'on dormait.

Parking fermé.Déjeuner complet(non compris dans le prix).Personnel à l'écoute et très serviable.
Aspect des chambres très démuni et impression de malpropreté (surtout le vinyl).

proximité de Paris et Euro Disney
La propreté de la chambre était correcte, mais les communs de l'hôtel pourraient être plus propres. Je pense qu'il y a un manque d'organisation au sein de l'établissement en ce qui concerne le roulement du personnel mal organisé.

chambre non fumeur sentant la cigarette aussi bien dans la chambre que sur la literie. chambre pour 2 personnes ne comportant qu'un seul drap de bain.

On nous a annoncé une augmentation du prix du petit déjeuner pour un meilleur service, or je suis passé chez vous au mois de Mars et le petit déjeuner y était plus complet : café frais, confitures absents lors de notre dernier passage

Signal trop faible du wifi dans la chambre 33 (en bout de couloir), donc déconnections fréquentes dues à une perte du signal ; Tuyau de la poire de douche endommagé, donc risque de se griffer avec le métal.

"tiny tiny room - kept hitting my head on bed overhead - said three singles but in fact one was a bunk over the other two - no space at all to move around and only CNN as English channel. Didn't expect a lot but was still very disappointed!!" (107970156)
receptionist was nice
Really basic - no tea facilities - no carpets - very noisy - felt unsafe. Website said young children could stay extra so long as they used same linen - apparently this is not the case and against French law!!!
