Value for money
Staff for dia-bolical, did not give the room booked and did not offer or book the right room for next two days, refused to speak in English, and did not offer any embusry for the cock up.

Very friendly staff. Perfect location for visiting Disneyland as well as Paris and Parc Asterix. RER station nearby with plenty of free parking. WiFi wireless internet for free (so no fancy prices for checking email or websites). Lift available (no lugging with heavy suitcases on the stairs).
Shower head could not be fixed in the right direction.

hotel was ok for the one nights stay, purely somewhere to sleep as it was run down in some areas, it was also used by regular workers such as van drivers, builders, etc and not really family orientated

Onvriendelijke receptie, de dame in kwestie deed geen enkele moeite om ons wegwijs te maken en begon doodleuk met andere gasten een gesprek terwijl wij nog vragen aan het stellen waren aan haar. De hygiene was erg slecht, slechte luchtkwaliteit in de gangen en op de kamer, vuile deur- en lichtknoppen, vuile plakkerige vloer.

nous sommes arrives a l'hotel a 1 h du matin la personne a l'accueil n'etait pas agreable du tout quand je lui est donne mon nom pour la reservation il m'a repondu qu'il ne le trouvait pas et que de toute facon l'hotel etait complet autant dire que s'il ne l'avait pas retrouve il aurait fallu faire demi tour sachant que nous etions 2 couples avec en tout 4 enfants ca aurait ete la panade ensuite nous lui avons demander comment cela se passait pour les petit dej il a repondu qu'ils etait servi entre 6h et 10 h faut il reserver? reponse non alors que le lendemain on nous disait le contraire on a quand meme pu dejeuner bref...

Accueil, propreté, cadre calme.
Insonorisation des chambres, pas de "ne pas déranger" à pouvoir mettre sur la porte, difficultés à trouver l'hôtel, petit déjeuner léger (pas de croissant, oeufs, bacon...).

un accident dans la nuit avec le lit du dessus en me relevant dans le noir car pas de veilleuse de lit je pensais mettre suffisamment écartée et en me relevant je me suis tapée le coin de ce lit ce qui ma valut l'arcade sourcilière et l'oeil tout noir du au choque j'étais vraiment ravie je trouve cela très dangereux car si le choque m'avez ouvert l'arcade j'aurais vraiment étais très ennuyé d'être obligé d'appeler les pompiers pour me faire recoudre donc pas ravie du tout de la chambre deplus je pense je pense qu'il serais bien a l'avenir de mettre des protection au angle de ces lits. il manque aussi de quoi mettre le linges(étagères ou petit placard)

vraiment un excellent accueil, souriant et plein d'enthousiasme. le choix des revues actuelles disponibles, à l'accueil, dans les chambres et la salle à manger.
l'ouverture arrière du bâtiment, lorsqu'il faut attendre sous la pluie. De plus, nous étions trois dans la chambre : le premier soir, l'hotesse nous a donné une troisième serviette. La seconde nuit, plus que deux serviettes et plus de gobelet : c'est désagréable d'aller demander, surtout que cette serviette n'était pas sale... mettre des gobelets tous les jours n'engage pas une dépense inconsidérée.

facilité d'accès
cabine de sanitaires étroite,on ne pouvait pas fermer la porte des sanitaires, quand on est rentré dans la chambre le chauffage n'était pas en marche nous l'anos mis et le lendemain quand on est revenu on nous l'avait coupé, il faisait très froid.Une odeur de tabac froid dans tout l'hotel

"This did not feel like a hotel at all... more like a prison cell or youth hostel." (107512315)
Price was good
Bed Linen was appalling. (Sheets had bits on and pillows very lumpy) No kettle or refreshments in the room. (would be nice especially when you have been travelling a long time like us) Not enough plug sockets. We kept banging our heads on the bunk bed above the double bed. Bathroom very small and not pleasant. The continental breakfast was appalling.. the bread was stale which is very poor for france and there was not enough choice of food. Not worth the money at all. (Some pastries (eg Pain au Chocolat), cheese, ham and FRESH milk not UHT would go a long way to it actually being called a continental breakfast.
