"we had great trouble locating the hotel from the info on your website and were misled about how close it is to the conference venue we would be at. We checked out early because of the location problems. We book hotels on line all over the world regularly (and have booked others in Vietnam) we believe you need to be more accurate with the info you put on the web" (108628367)
the staff were very efficient and helpful
as above. Room small, no hangers, no tea/coffee making.
