  "Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel: it was close to the main ammenities of the town (cathedral, old quarter, art gallery, botanical park etc). The rooms were extremely clean, quite spacious and well equipped for this price band, but were overpriced compared with similar neighbouring hotels. The hotel staff were very unfriendly and the check in time was not as specified when booking. The accommodation, while clean and adequate, was completely without character. While the hotel did not claim to offer parking, the parking situation was very inconvenient compared with similar hotels in other French cities we have visited." (99032222)

  bien dormi

  pas trouvé le mode d'emploi du réveil ni le numéro de la réception. J'ai utilisé le réveil de mon téléphone portable.

  "Bon Sejour mais inflexibilite francaise un probleme dans le tertiaire." (99390888)

  Le confort de l'hotel. Les facilites de the/cafe dans la chambre. L'excellent breakfast. La situation de l'hotel qui est centrale dans Nantes.

  La longueur du check in avec une seule personne homologuee a enregistrer les gens. Un receptioniste qui essayait d'apprendre a un debutant le metier a 1 heure du matin, quand la file d'attente etait longue et les gens fatigues. L'absence de flexibilite des regles quand je suis tombee malade. J'ai demande a rester dans la chambre au dela de midi, car mon taxi venait me chercher a 4h de l'apres midi et je ne me sentais pas bien ce qui a ete refuse. Aussi, le numero general pour contacter l'hotel donne sur le site internet ne repondait pas, et il m'a fallu contacter un ami en Angleterre pour trouver le numbero de l'hotel de Nantes, pour les avertir que je serai en retard.

  "je ne connaisais pas la ville de nantes, je suis arrivée en train, et je reprenais le lendemain un train de bonne heure, la proximitée de la gare, la catégorie de l'hotel et le prix m'ont fait choisir votre hotel tout simplement et lors d'un prochain déplacement je renouvellerais ma réservation."
