Very pleasant and helpful staff on check in and on departure, although they were not intrusive. For an independent traveller, this is a good option. The breakfast was good - plenty available and no rush. Great Wi-Fi seervice. Very convenient location.
The rooms were quite spartan; no hairdryer and the furniture was very utilitarian.

They were even prepared to allow me to check-in outside the normal opening hours when I informed them that I wouldn't be in bourgoin until 12:30pm at the earliest although I did not take-up the offer at least the option was there for me to do so." Cheap, Very centrally located
Bathroom light didn't work & because reception was only open for limited time we were unable to get it fixed. Maid stops at a certain time so room not made up if you have not out for the day by the. No facility to leave(/ collect) luggage except at reception open times

Pas de rideaux ou stores à la fenêtre teintée pour protéger des rayons du soleil qui aveuglent ou chauffe la chambre dès le lever (même la clim à fond ça n'y fait rien !) Chasse d'eau des Toilettes longue à recharger

Trés bon acceuil.
Réservation effectuée par Internet à 21 heures. Or à 22h30, lors de l'arrivée la réservation n'était pas enregistrée. J'ai été obligée dans faire une deuxième plus chère (45 € au lieu de 39 €.). La personne à l'accueil m'a affirmé que la chambre réservée par internet ne serait pas débitée, mais j'ai donc du payer la plus chère...Je pense qu'il faudrait préciser lors de la réservation par internet qu'à partir d'une certaine heure elle n'est pas prise en compte...Cela éviterait des paniques de dernière minute. par contre, je tiens à remercier la personne (gardien) qui assurait la garde de nuit car il a avec le sourire tenté toutes les solutions pour que j'ai une chambre. Merci encore pour son côté commercial et son efficacité.
