"A truly negative experience. We have stayed in Comfort Inns in the USA and the standards there are always acceptable. Would say that this is the dirtiest Comfort Inn that we have stayed in, and gives the group, and the booking service, a bad name. Would positively discourage others from staying there." (97848401)
This hotel is dirty, smelly and in need of a major overhaul. The staff are disinterested and the food is well below any reasonable standard. All the bedrooms and public areas smell of smoke, so our request for a non-smoking bedroom was a waste of time. It is now obvious why they expect full payment for your stay before they show you the room!!!
