Hôtel Restaurant Le Luy De Béarn - Reviews & Ratings"The entry door is to the right. The receptionist was very helpful. We paid the night before as we were leaving at 5AM to go to the Airport. This hotel had a moldy smell in the halls but the room was ok, clean, but not really clean. Good enough for the price." (97935091)

i thought that there should have been a member of staff at the recption or available on telephone at all times.
i felt the whole hotel was very inpersonal,also with the check in facility any person who had previously stayed at this hotel could easily get key copied and return as we say no staff or security only at breakfast time on both mornings.

it was sparse but clean and the beds were comfortable but as there was no air conditioning which was a very negative experience we could not close the windows against noise - otherwise the hotel was very good value for money and the pool was a definite plus.

The room was noisy through the night from industrial units across the road. It was impossible to sleep. We left early. Otherwise it was OK.
