Proximity to facilities. The breakfast was good.
The light was broken, the shelf was broken, the heating didn't work after the first night.The pillows wer barely useable; there were only one set of towels. There were a lot of youngish people on the corridor who made a lot of noise in the middle of the night.

Well located for the town centre and extreamly good value for money.
Noisy early morning 'street life' therefore unable to sleep with the window open.

clean,comfortable bed, quiet, breakfast good.
garage parking difficult to understand because of language barrier. suggest written instructions in english be handed to guests when necessary.

rapport qualite prix tarif promotionnel en fin d année accueil sympatique
la déco est catastrophique, les couvre lits à carreaux sinistres. Il suffirait de peu de chose pour que ce soit plus chaleureux (rideaux, jetés de lits , quelques cadres...) Il faudrait pouvoir accrocher la pomme de douche en hauteur

Tenor, Saint Etienne - Reviews & Ratings"un bon séjour,la rénovation en cours semble indispensable tant sur le point esthétique que sur le soin des détails, le problème de la douche peut me faire changer d'hotel la prochaine fois, il est important de ne pas avoir à tenir le flexible pour se laver...dommage car il y a plein de points positifs." douche: point faible, il est impossible d'accrocher le pommeau, branchements electriques laissent à désirer, fils tirés..., thermostat loin du radiateur pas d'indications pourle trouver..
