It had cooking facilities
There was a coffe maker but no kettle for making tea, as most English do. THe cups were also for coffee and far too small for tea.

The freedom to be able to prepare snacks and eat in the room rather than have to eat out all the time. Also the excellent breakfast room and quality of the buffet breakfast.
The 2 single beds which were on different levels - one rolling out from under the other. Being an old fashioned married couple we would prefer the choice of double beds.

Had very little sleep as a result despite using earplugs. My daughters sleeping on the opposite side of the hotel away from the pool did not hear it. Otherwise this was a very convenient place to stop overnight before catching an early plane. It would have been good to have access to english speaking television." (3305103006)
Simple, clean and reasonably priced.
Only one pillow per person.

The children loved spending time in the pool and having a rest from travelling. It was convenient to have an appartment with a small kitchen - even if we only used it to keep our drinks cool and make coffee in the mornings. Considering the proximity to the airport we were amazed that even with the windows open, we didn't have any trouble with noise from airplanes." (3305044353)

The next day their hair and cuddly toys all stank of smoke, yuk.The communual areas of the hotel were clean and well presented. The outdoor pool was a bonus and we had a very simple but pleasant breakfast for 6 euros each which was good value. Overall good, but they should offer non smoking rooms." (3304843496)

The allocated room stank of smoke, the pillows, the blankets, air freshener was provided but we still had a poor nights sleep. There were no options for non smoking rooms

The proximity to the airport attracted us and the idea of a small apartment as opposed to a plain room seemd good
The staffing was non existant. You can't have a room until 4pm when the staff go off duty and if you turn up on a Sunday, there is noone around to help which caused considerable problems for myself and for other. The signposting to the hotel is very hard to follow and I never made it back without taking at least one wrong turning. However, the worst feature was the lack of air conditioning which was especially annoying since your brochure clearly states that all appartments are air conditioned. They are not and with summers getting hotter, this is always going to be a feature of my future bookings. I booked a family apartment for my son on the fourth floor where the heat had risen and made the rooms too hot for sleeping.

Decent value for money, close to the golf courses we wanted to play, far enough from the town to have the quiet but not so far by car.
The size of the beds are too small. There was no door between the two rooms so no privacy for parents.

We had stated a late arrival but there was no-one there and hotel was locked, had it not been for a kind lady at the airport who had a mobile and repeatedly rang the contact number to get someone to come our daughter would have spent the night sleeping in the airport. Surely hotel airports should work within the flight arrival times? However facilities were excellent and very good value for money." (3304102030)

pas d'entretien de la chambre pendant les quatre jours car lorsqu'on mangé plusieur miette et la moindre des choses sans le lit l'aspirateur seulement et sans suplement

aucun oreillé ni traversin n'était fourni, le lit était un kz très peu confortable, il n'y avait que deux serviettes pour deux personnes et que deux échantillons de gel douche/champoing et 1 savon pour 3 nuits
