régularité et bonnes prestations, on sait à quoi s'attendre
refus de nous donner le cadeau enfant car nous n'avions pas pris le repas enfant, désolant !

Bonne insonorisation de la chambre, bonne literie.
Réception TV mauvaise, grésillement dans le téléphone, salle de bain propre mais peu fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner banal.
