"facilité d'accés, prestations conformes à la description, j'ai été heureusement surpris c'était une première expérience d'hotel de ce type, j'en suis satisfait et je l'ai déjà recommandé à plusieurs personnes ayant à séjourner sur Bordeaux pour une nuit" (97732529)

facilité et clarté de fonctionnement appel téléphonique pour les codes, clarté des explications

je devais voir un employé à 8 heure le matin; à 8h15 je suis parti sans l'avoir vu mais cela ne m'a pas géné du tout
