Definately worth paying extra for the lake views which were beautiful. Plenty of free car parking. We had the pool to ourselves, as Umbria seems to be quiet in September.

"The hotel had a "tired" feel to it with dirty stained carpets in corridors and damaged plaster on walls. We hoped for a relaxed few days by the lake but this was impossible" (107203426)

Poor quality of fixtures and fittings Air conditioning spewed dirt and was noisy Noise from next room was atrocious as there were connecting doors Parking was not available on first arrival Breakfast was inadequate with undrinkable coffe
