Hotel Celine (Hôtel de la Gare), Rouen - Reviews & Ratings"The hotel was not where it says on the map on its web site. I discovered this before leaving home fortunately and had no trouble finding it. It hardly has any staff, but they were as helpful as they could be." (99997316)
Quiet area with easy access to the town centre. On street parking if lucky
Poor quality worn out bed. Bathroom fittings broken. Windows would not close properly.

It was like being in bed with the people next door. It is a cheap hotel, more a hostel and I guess you get what you pay for but I had to check out and go to another hotel." (2965691)

It was charming and simple. Olde world and not pretentious. Very quiet.
