Campanile Saint-Avold, St Avold - Reviews & Ratings"I was using this hotel as an overnight stop while travelling. It was very conveniently located, with easy access to the motorway. The checkin was quick and the staff spoke English. I ate in the restaurant and had an enjoyable meal. There was not a tremendous amount of choice but a range to suit all tastes with a selection of local wines on offer. For an overnight stop I could not fault the accommodation." (99418397)

Hotel is easy to find, with no external noise etc. Check in/out was very efficient, whilst all staff were both friendly, yet professional. Evening meal, although simple, was well cooked and served efficiently. Rooms were clean & comfortable, with all facilities operative. Overall the hotel provided good value for money." (1380240)

De plus, nous entendions le bruit des portes et des éclats de voix (mal insonorisé)petit déjeuner excellent ainsi que l'accueil" (97061475)

à notre arrivé la chambre, il n'y avait pas de chauffage, le chauffage ne chauffé pas vraiment

"We stayed here two nights, once on the way to our destination, and again on the way home. I would hate to spend any length of time here, it isn't very good, even the information pamphlets in the room had 2006 events on them! The reception staff were very nice, and helpful when a mistake had been made with our booking, and the restaurant was pleasant with nice food, but that is about the nicest thing I can say about Campanile Saint-Avold." The attached restaurant is quite good.
The rooms stank of cigarette smoke, our clothes reeked of smoke, and we are non smokers. The mattresses would have benefited from the occasional turn over, but sadly it was too late for the ones we were on.. very bad. The bathrooms were dirty. A bit of bleach once in a while gets rid of mould.
