Neither of the staff spoke English (I speak French) so as a stop off for Brits they should be aware as most don't speak anything other than shouting! " (107683115)
Friendly receptionist on arrival (younger girl) answered all questions. Rooms clean and had everything needed. breakfast was adequate.
Shower in one of the rooms was broken and there was no immediate way to fix it. Luckily we had two rooms so shuffled between them. Receptionist in morning (older dyed blonde lady) was a grumpy old mare. Unhelpful with the shower issue and got the hump with people who sat at certain tables depsite there being no signs to say where to sit and her not telling anyone. This wasn't just us she seemed to have an issue with everyone. I almost felt guiltyeating the food. Maybe her high heels were digging in! The bar was shut very early (9pm) and there is nothing (and I mean nothing) in the vicinity to walk to. On arrival I asked if there was somewhere to eat locally and this was greeted with surprise then a list of options about a mile away.

accueil petit déjeuner buffet bonne literie (sauf platitude des oreillers)
portail parking hors service : pas de sécurité pour le véhicule. Mauvaise isolation thermique : il faisait froid dans la chambre malgré chauffage et 2 couvertures. Vétusté de la salle de bain. Propreté qui laisse à désirer (tâche sur le rideau blanc gris de la fenêtre donnant sur le jardin ; toile d'araignée sous le lavabo ; dans le bac de douche un papier déchiré du gel douche mis à disposition de la clientèle). Pas assez de chaine TV et pas de radio. Télécommande sale. Moquette tâchée. Alors qu'il y avait beaucoup de chambres disponibles nous étions situés côté ramassage des ordures ménagères ce qui nous a réveillé à 7 h 30 du matin.

"I would stay here again as the rooms were extremely clean and I felt comfortable here." (108717811)
Very clean and tidy, room tidyed and cleaned daily. Sheets and towels spotlessly clean. Bathroom also clean.
Was put on 5th floor with no lift and with 2 pushchairs including a disabled one for my son. We had to carry luggage for 6 people and 2 pushchairs up 5 flights of stairs with no offers of help. No security on high windows for my young children although this was corrected on the third day of my stay. Was put in the wrong room at first and we had to change room.
