  "Good convenient stop over with friendly staff and clean well equiped rooms." (107671186)

  My Room was tidy/clean and well equiped. Staff Friendly and having a good restaurant on site is very convenient for me.

  The price has gone up since the summer,not sure why as I am paying in Pounds.

  "Were expecting a room with 3 proper beds and 3 sets of towels etc. However, the breakfast was excellent. Wanted to stay in Campanile Evreux in September 2007. E-mailed them twice on 04/05/2007 AND 25/05/2007 but have not had a reply!!" (99640290)

  Excellent breakfast

  Room was booked for 3 adults. There was a pull-out mattress under one of the beds, but there was hardly any space to put it in. There were only 2 set of towels for 3 people.

  "The surroundings of the hotel were quite run-down unlike some of your other locations. When one of us was unwell for a day, the staff were very helpful. As always, the menus were very acceptable." (99048868)

  Nothing

  It smelt horrible (of cigarette smoke) all the sheets and pillows smelt and it gave us headaches and made us smell by morning too - and this was after requesting a no smoking room.

  Helpful staff. Attractive public areas.

  Lack of air conditioning. Lack of English version with some information for example the menu.

  "We were shown to a table for dinner but had to wait a very long time before our order was taken. Our waitress spoke French and English and was keen to speak in English. However, she was a good talker but very poor listener and we had to repeat our order. Good value accomodation." (3304361176)

  Easy access to autoroutes and reasonable prices. Rooms are generally of a good standard and predictable.

  Only one bedside table provided, torn bed cover and top sheet and no tea spoons. Biscuits had been part of the provisions at other campaniles but not here.

  "It was hard to find as it was off a slip road and a different colour from the website photo. It was close to a noisy main road but it was quieter at night. The room was excellent, very clean and modern with a new bathroom and a comfortable bed. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I would stay there again but ask for a room away from the road traffic noise next time." (2072283)
