We ate at the hotel, lunch was lk however three of our party of four did not enjoy their evening meal - the quality of the meat was very poor. When we told the waiter - nothing was done about it!!!" Receptionist provided us with a superb taxi driver whom we used throughout our stay to get in and out of Honfleur in the evenings. Extra towels, milk etc. never a problem." (3304409301)
Location - Honfleur is such a beautiful place. We had tried to book there before, but it was always fully booked.
Bathroom shower not working correctly, ie jet of water partially misdirected over whole bathroom, soaked towels and ceiling! Also skirting boards throughout accomodation looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for ages!

Costs acceptable for value and service, reasonable food at a fair price, pleasant staff. Good standard of hygiene.
Decor is a bit tired Shower facilities could improve. Surrounding areas of steps a little dangerous. There is an accident waiting to happen.

Although it was quite easy to find but in a place such as Honfleur we could have had problems if this had been our first visit. Particularly after driving nearly 600 miles in a day from home via the Tunnel S Manche. Management excellent and staff very helpful. Food good." (1987357)

Another milk carton for a second drink in the morning or evening would be nice.Should organise smoking and non smoking rooms to prevent stale cigarette smell.

Very helpful when we broke down and couldn't get to the hotel until midnight. Room left open for us with key in room.
Room was very crowded with just 2 people and 2 cases.

Near to Honfleur and close to Le HAVRE ferry terminal where we arrive in France. Good food with English translation of the menu. Comforatble room, well heated and very clean.Quiet location.
