Reception and management pleasant and helpful
Housekeeping a little weak in public areas, eg lift carpet hasn't seen a hoover for some time!

le spa
l'odeur dans le couloir pour se rendre dans notre chambre était insupportable ça puait lé égouts ou lé toilettes bouchées et la chambre ça serait bien de lui donnée un petit coup de neuf
