  the toilet door was too close to the door leaving the room, not giving easy access.

  "As an overnight stop, and a base for exploring Fougeres the hotel was very good." (97412625)

  Very friendly and helpful staff in a smart-looking hotel. Good central location to explore a beautiful town. Our children were also made to feel welcome.

  No parking facilities nearby. We arrived in Fougeres in the evening but found the hotel very difficult to find, delaying our actual arrival time coniderably. Attempts to telephone ahead on the number printed on the booking confirmation went unanswered. A broken showerhead bracket spoiled the stay of our travelling companions.

  "Great choice of hotel if visiting Cherbourg town" (108002503)

  Looks very posh. I didnt stay for breakfast but it looked pretty reasonable. room was tidy. Shower was hot. Room was alright, nothing special. The blinds were awesome. Blocked out the light 100%. Hotel was across the road from the keebab house and right next to all the pubs and clubs :)))

  Running around naked at 4am is apparently not allowed.

  Clean, tidy, good service, helpful.

  Rooms very hot, location excessively noisy with revving motorbikes, very rowdy pub opposite that lasted all night, so unable to sleep.

  "This was the first time that i had stayed in Cherborgh and i was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel and the service they provided. The rooms were outstanding, clean and very comfortable. I would definately recommend the hotel to family and friends and expect to come back before the end of the year." (97284703)

  "Overall we were pleased with the hotel and we thought that the continental breakfast was very good." (97656103)

  Convenient to the car ferry and to the town centre in general. We were also pleased that secure car parking was available.

  Bathroom was very small with rather limited access getting into shower.

  "The noise from the street outside was appalling. It started just after midnight and lasted until around 05.30. It was young people just making a noise for the sake of it. We left the hotel realy jaded having had a very erratic night sleep, ( I will say we are both fairly light sleepers) hoping to enjoy a drive towards Mont St. Michael. The street noise from roudy people is a major problem for the hotel we will not stay there again." (99536065)

  Ease of access from the ferry in the evening.The buffet breakfast was very good and fresh.

  There was no space in the garage which meant leaving the car parked on the main road over night. It could have been double park in the garage as there was adequate room without causing too much of a problem.

  "Pour une escale d'une nuit, la proximité du centre ville, cet hôtel est parfait. Pour un séjour plus long, j'aurais privilégié un hôtel éloigné du centre ville. J'aurais aimé savoir que la rue était très fréquentée et très bruyante." (97451424)
