Very Good apart from one night when we were told there was no need to reserve a table for the evening meal, and the restuarant was full. Otherwise the service and food was excellent.
The only complaint as already mentioned.

Best Western Hotel Celtique, Carnac - Reviews & Ratings"As we are having a house built in Erdeven, our stay at your hotel has answered many of our possible accommodation wories as we expect to be coming and going far more often. The children were made to feel really welcome and the swimming pool was the perfect facility as, for them, it was somewhat potentially boring time looking at bathrooms, showers, tiles etc. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable." Best Western Hotel Celtique, Carnac - Reviews & Ratings"In my opinion the location and facilities of this hotel are above average. I think that it was not clear just how central to all amenities of the resort this hotel is. I perhaps would appreciate more information on meals available at the hotel, and I was not sure if breakfast was included or not. In fact my only gripe would be that the breakfast was not included and was a bit pricey." (99642579)
I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which is one of the best pools I have ever used at a hotel. I also liked my room which had a lovely balcony both in front and behind.
Bed could be a bit bigger.

The bathroom!!! The curtain rod was too close to the wall so the shower curtain (which had mold on it) touched you when you took a shower. The curtain rod should have been mounted further away. And the shower gel dispenser was mounted too far away from the shower. I could not reach it from the shower. I had to put soap in a glass and have the glass on the counter where I could reach it in order to use the shower gel. Bathroom floor had a lot of hair on it, which wasn't mine (different color).

Best Western Hotel Celtique, Carnac - Reviews & Ratings"We would have liked to have known that room contained ladder access to the bed. Room had character but totally impractical, especially as bathroom was on lower level. We would have been stuck if another room had not been available. I could not have used that ladder- very high, steep and bed was on platform which had very low ceiling. The room we were given upon polite complaint was fine." (3304994202)
On arrival,first room allocated was unsuitable as it contained a steep ladder to double bed located on a platform with very low ceiling.We were able to change to a traditional 1- level room, after contacting reception.

The hotel was an oasis in a very quiet seaside town. The welcome was great. The room standard was good but the bathroom a bit small. I would recommend the Celtique to anyone for a short break. Very friendly staff and excellent facilities. The pool is a joy.
We felt the food was adequate as the hotel was in low season, however it would not do in high season.

Best Western Hotel Celtique, Carnac - Reviews & Ratings"I would have liked to be able to have booked the internet and Britainy Ferry special offer which included massage, welcome drink, etc, etc, for the 4 of us, but was unable to do so as Britainy Ferries said the hotel was full (it was certainly NOT!) also I did not get a reply direct from the hotel - I found on our arrival that they had entered my email address wrongly - so we had to book through an Internet booking agent which did not give us the offer we wanted - so in that respect it was the only poor thing about our visit I think I would not put yes or no as to whether I would use Internet booking again I would put HOW?" Le point négatif porte sur les moyens de restauration dans la commune assez indépendants de l'hôtel lui même car nous étions vraiment dans une mauvaise période et rien de correct n'était ouvert sur la commune elle même au moment de notre séjour (janvier)." J'ai regreté que le sonna ne soit pas en libre service mais payant. Il y avait aussi des problemes de chauffage de la piscine, qui au mois de janvier ne donnait vraiment pas envie d'y rester lontemps.
